1 to 1 Coaching

One to one coaching gives you the opportunity to explore your values and beliefs, as well to identify what’s holding you back – whether it’s long held self-limiting beliefs or maybe some unhelpful habits and behaviours. We provide time for you to think and reflect on your strengths and evaluate how you can work with them to improve your overall confidence, self-worth and achieve those all important goals.
Our sessions are beneficial for anyone, however we particularly work with women who want to change their career, set up their own business, obtain a promotion or would like to increase their confidence.

My career has hit a bit of a rut after a year off on maternity leave and I found myself in a very different role to one I had left. My confidence was low and I was struggling to see what value I was adding to my role and what my options for the future were.
