What’s Important to You- Figuring out your focus

Over the next few months, we will be choosing a different theme each week in which we will post videos, write blog posts and create statistics pictures about. Each topic coincides with something which is taught in our 6 workshops and is a really useful bit of information if you’re wondering what our coaching entails.

This week’s focus is What’s Important to You.

Being able to grow and develop in your coaching sessions comes hand in hand with a lot of self-reflection, and finding out just what’s important to you is a great trick to learn in the earlier sessions. At your second coaching session with Finding Your Voice, we will ask you to write down 20 things that are important to you in life (Don’t worry if you’re struggling to think of a full 20- a lot of people find this tricky!)

The idea is to really understand yourself and your core values in life. Once you’ve completed your list, we can start looking at those areas of your life that you don’t feel like your spending enough time on, and generate a plan of action which can be put to use in future sessions.
