When have you been at your best

Over the next few months, we will be choosing a different theme each week in which we will post videos, write blog posts and create statistics pictures about. Each topic coincides with something which is taught in our 6 workshops and is a really useful bit of information if you’re wondering what our coaching entails.

This week’s focus is When have you been at your best.

In this coaching session, we will ask you to think back to a time when you were feeling your best. This is usually when we feel like we are ‘in the flow’, achieving lots and becoming successful. A lot of us also think of this moment as one where we are doing something that we really enjoy, and thinking ‘yes, this is me’. We will ask you questions such as, what were you doing? Who was with you? How did you feel? It’s important to really put yourself back into that moment and think about the feeling you had back then.

Once we have identified these times where we have felt at our best, it is important to consider just how we can be at this position again, so that we can learn what we should do in order to feel our best again. Through coaching, we will help you to consider what tweaks you can make in order to achieve that sense of becoming your best again.
